Electrode (ionic) heating

Boiler output depends on the composition of the heat carrier. During changes in temperature, respectively, power output varies. On the first start-up, when the heat carrier temperature is + 20°C, the boiler uses only 30% of nominal power and reaches 100% power when +50°C temperature is fed into the boiler (returning from the heating system).
● The system uses a special heat carrier system and the electrodes never get covered with lime or other sediments, which would reduce the efficiency of the boiler.
● Ionic boiler for its simple design is durable, so maintenance costs are greatly reduced. A 15-year warranty is provided for the boiler body.
● High efficiency coefficient.
● Automatic temperature control of the entire day based on preset parameters.
● Ability to manage temperature via mobile phone or the Internet.
● The boiler can be installed in all heated rooms.

● No need for a separate room for the heating boiler as it takes up very little space:
● Area needed for premises of up to 150 m2 is only 0.7 x 0.9 x 0.2 m, the boiler is hanged on the wall (boiler capacity - from 3 to 16 kW).
● Mini boilers start from 0.3 to 6 kW and are mounted directly onto the radiator.
● A special fluid (heat carrier) is used, which reduces electricity costs and does not freeze in up to -30°C and protects the system from lime and rust.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE IONIC HEATING BOILER AND THE USUAL ELECTRIC HEATER

When electrons move from one electrode to the other, a special fluid (heat carrier) is ionized and this process develops heat.
How is the conventional electric heater different?

it takes time to heat the coil.
● it takes time for the insulating and protective coatings to heat.
● the current is always constant on start-up and heating process periods, or W*h = const.
● small surface area sufficiently quickly transfers heat coolant.
● when the temperature reached 90-95°C, CO2 bubbles appear on the surface of the heating element and the heat transfer is reduced.
● the heating element surface during operation is covered with lime and metal oxide layer. This reduces the heat transfer. You can see it inside an electric kettle.

All these disadvantages are not present in the electrode-ionic boiler.

 

THE PROSPECTS OF USE

Suitable for heating of all types of premises. Indoor heating system can be radiator based, floor or mixed.
For example a 0.6 kW mini-boiler is selected for heating the premises. Mini boilers are connected directly to any type of radiator. Mini-boilers produce from 0.6 kW to 3 kW, depending on the radiator size.
